IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT STUDENTS HAVE DSL/HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, A NON-ESSENTIAL COMPUTER, A CONTEMPORARY COMPUTER (as of 01/08 able to run XP PRO and/or VISTA) AND A HUB/SWITCH/ROUTER WITH WHICH TO PRACTICE AT HOME!

An Associate in Technical Arts Degree is offered in Networking Information Systems. This program prepares the graduate to obtain employment as a network administrator or support technician on networks utilizing a variety of operating systems and standards. The training prepares students to plan, implement, maintain, and support local area networks. Courses prepare students for a variety of Industry Certification exams, which must be taken from an authorized industry-testing center.
