An entrepreneurial series, two-day seminar, emphasizing Human Resource Risk Management including: Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Homophobia, Disparate Impact, Employment-at-Will, Employment Eligibility, Labor's Right to Organize, ADA, WISHA basics, and Washington State wage and hour limitations concerning minors. Basic Legal Interviewing Techniques are presented.
