Course Description: This course is designed to introduce LAN/WAN terminology, design, topologies, protocols, various network hardware components, software, cabling and connectivity.

Course Objectives: Upon Completion of this course you will be able to:

• Use acquired skills and knowledge to describe, differentiate and evaluate various LAN and WAN technologies
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written tasks
• Collaborate with team members to solve relevant network problems
• Student will show readiness for successful completion of Microsoft’s MCSE Networking Essentials Exam
